Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι το Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό που ανήκει στην Arkas Line και τα υποστηρικτικά τμήματα όπως προχωρήσουν στην αλλαγή της υπογραφής τους βάσει των οδηγιών που λάβατε με email:

Μπορείτε να δείτε παρακάτω υπόδειγμα στοιχείων υπογραφής, όπου στο τηλέφωνο να καταχωρήσετε το απευθείας τηλέφωνο σας / το εταιρικό κινητό σας.

Κατόπιν πατάτε “Copy E-Mail Signature” και κάνετε επικόλληση της υπογραφής στο Outlook (File – Options – Mail – Signatures – Paste – Save).

Στο τέλος της υπογραφής παρακαλώ όπως κάνετε επικόλληση του Disclaimer Notice σε γραμματοσειρά Calibri και μέγεθος 8:
